Where do I begin with this band? Rad Girl Marcie (vocals, guitar) and I have been friends for years (Even before EAR BEYOND) and I hadn't seen her for quite a while; until I went to a recent acoustic performance of her band PATSY (Shežs also in PAIGE). Patricia (vocals, guitar) is the newest member of BOBSLED and Kerry (drums) is also the drummer for the band known as PAIGE. I made out a lovely questionnaire for the cowgirls in PATSY after their accoustic set at Little Frida's in West Hollywood and here's what they had to reply to my wacky-kwazy questions.

C: Who is the coolest person alive today?
M: I can't decide between Patricia and Kerry.
K: Hmmm...that's tough. Jesus Christ, the lord, is alive, but he's cool. I'd have to say either Patricia or Marcie.
P: Kerry and Marcie in no particular order.
C: Have any of you ever held a monkey?
M: Yes...stuffed.
K: Unfortunately,...no.
P: Yes, in school once. I think it was my science project.
C: Who is your favorite STAR TREK character and why?
M: Zorlog; because he has a cool baby extending from his forehead.
K: STAR TREK? Is that still on? No...I dig the woman doctor with long brown curly hair.
P: I hate STAR TREK.
C: Would you ever dress like pirates on stage?
M: Anything for a beer.
K: Dress like a bear? Ok.
P: Anything they say.
C: What makes PATSY so cool?
M: Our hair.
K: PATSY...is just so fuckin' PATSY.
P: We collect food stamps.
C: Who are some of your favorite local bands?
M: LONGSTOCKING, LAVA DIVA, and from Portland: THE NEED and VEGAS BEAT.
K: BUBBY GIRL.
P: THE NEED, LONGSTOCKING and BUBBY GIRL.
C: Are you an „all-girlū band?
M: Now that we have fully finished the operation, I'd have to say yes.
K: Sure...ok...since we are all three girls.
P: For now, yes.
C: If you could do one last thing in the world, what would it be?
M: Grow a moustache.
K: Leave my B.F.
P: Time Travel!
C: What other projects are you working on?
M: PAIGE!
K: I am working on reconciling tax credits and assessments.
P: Time Travel!
C: Let's say you were lost in the desert; nothing for miles to see...who would you eat first? (among PATSY, Don King, Rick James, Tammy Faye and Bubbles the monkey)
M: Are they dead? Or do I eat them alive?
K: I could probably survive for days on Tammy Faye's make-up alone.
P: I'm a vegetarian.
C: If there was a PATSY cartoon, what would be your first wacky adventure?
M: PATSY gets high in Amsterdam.
K: PATSY goes on tour; throwing Ding-Dongs at stop signs.
P: PATSY: Lost In Space!
C: If there is one thing you really hate (and why) it's...
M: Wax build-up.
K: Clean hair; completely unmanageable.
P: Money, cause I have to work for it.
C: Any last words of wisdom for our pesky readers?
M: Be polite and take more naps.
